Falcon Towers and 32 Villas Tecom always will ensure all tenant documentation is not only in accordance with the residential tenancies act but thoroughly addresses all items pertaining to your property so that your accommodation is protected.

Part of the agreement will be the condition report. This report is prepared by our manager and details the condition of the property at the beginning of the tenancy.

Tenants are required to pay a bond prior to the commencement of the lease, this is to provide for any damage that may occur during the course of the tenancy. We ensure that the bond is lodged within the contract document.

A letter is forwarded to you once the agreement is finalised confirming details of the tenancy.
Each tenant is provided an Falcon Tower information sheet including copies of important documents as well as an outline of our expectations for a smooth tenancy.
